SCOPE
The rise of the Internet of Everything (IoE) within smart environments, from smart homes to workplaces, demands a shift towards more natural, intuitive, and adaptive interaction between people and those environments. This is essential to enable a better control of the environments we live in, allow obtaining relevant and useful information not only on those environments but also on the people living in them (including their health and well-being), as well as providing support in the activities of their daily lives.
This Special Session aims at gathering new perspectives on Interaction with Smart Environments, by fostering the presentation and discussion of ideas and research that can contribute to the advancement of the field and potentially improve people’s lives.
